About Christine Dehar Associates, LLC
Christine Dehar is the owner and founder of Christine Dehar Associates, LLC, Personal Property Inventory Specialists (CDA).
As a seasoned personal property professional and independent business owner, I bring more than thirty-five years of invaluable experience, knowledge, and expertise to the realm of home and small business inventory management. Time and time again, I have encountered individuals who are underinsured when it comes to their homes and belongings. My primary mission is to assist home and small business owners in two distinct scenarios:
1. To provide peace of mind by aiding individuals in proactively planning for the future with a comprehensive home or business inventory, securely stored for potential future use.
2. To assist individuals in recovering from the havoc and complexities arising from catastrophic events such as fires, floods, and theft. I accomplish this by meticulously creating a comprehensive, itemized list of all stolen, damaged, or destroyed property, complete with replacement values. This ensures that an accurate insurance claim can be filed when the need arises.
In my capacity as an independent professional, I collaborate directly with property and small business owners or work in conjunction with adjusters. My ultimate goal is to deliver a prompt, efficient, and thorough level of personalized service, aiming to alleviate additional stress during the emotional and traumatic period following a loss.
The dedicated team at Christine Dehar Associates, LLC specializes in confidential inventory and property documentation services for home and business owners, as well as catering to the needs of insurance and legal professionals in New England.
